This year was the best DTTH ever! If you've looked at pictures from previous years, you know the difficulties we've had in finding a suitable location. This year, Sheri found it. We rented the downstairs portion of Scandals, a local bar, and they provided us with hot and cold hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar. It was perfect!

First things first. I spent the past week and a half frantically knitting in every spare moment, determined to finish this shawl in time for DTTH. I finished it about noon on Saturday. LOL Here's the result. I was very happy with the way it turned out; it was one of those rare occasions when the the finished product meshed perfectly with the vision I had in my head when I started it.

I'll post directions for this shawl soon in the knitting section. In the meantime, if you'd like to know how to make one like it, just e-mail me.
