Although
we go to Hot Springs frequently, this is the first time I
took the camera. Unfortunately, it was right after the only
rain we've had all summer, so the French Broad River was muddy.
It's usually very clear and beautiful..
Marshall
and Shelbee didn't let the muddy water stop them, though!
There's
a hiking trail at Murray Branch, and this dead, half-burned
wood was found along it. It was the most interesting thing
I saw on that hike. Doesn't it look almost alive?
